Charleston

Our Friends Blake and Lybbi Epperson

Doesn't this lifestyle look rather Enjoyable?

Isaac and Blake aboard an Aircraft Carrier post WW II

Magnolia's, the most delicious Restaurant in town...the building is a pale pink, so pretty!!

Don't you just love that porch? I pictured myself reading a book and sipping a mimosa!!

This gate was an entrance to a 23 million dollar home. Built before the Civil War, the gate itself was worth over a million dollars...

This Bridge connects the city to the beaches and islands next door.

LOVE it!!!

Love him too...for taking me on a fabulous trip!!!!!!

Isaac and and I took a much needed mini-vacation to SC after Thanksgiving! If you've never been, you absolutely must go!! It is old, beautiful and full of history. I love old architecture, especially the Antebellum homes...they are a sight to see! The old Market is still alive and jumping today with vendors from all over selling art work, jewelry, and woven baskets. Before the time of airplanes, Charleston was one of the major coastal cities bringing in goods and immigrants to our nation...a major meeting point between the north and the south, the starting point of the Civil War. Enough of that, it was Beautiful!! So much to see and do!!

Favorite present picked out by Daddy

His face when he opened his special present!!

November is always a big month for us...my birthday, Braxton's birthday and the Anniversary too! And a little football on the side...I turned 30 on the 11th and Brax turned 4 on the 18th. Isaac and I celebrated 6 wonderful years together on the 6th. I honestly can't believe my little red-headed baby is 4 already...he is so tall now, he's not toddler looking at all...makes me kind of sad. He just looks too grown up...He had a Space birthday last Friday and it was nuts, for real!! But fun for the kids. Brax is happy to say he's 4 now and is already talking about when he turns 5...what is up with that??

Daddy's Punkins'

Our very own little Punkin!!!

Isaac has a pumpkin patch and he and the kiddos picked 30 ripe pumpkins and sold them to the Co-Op in Notasulga!!! Way to go Dad, you are so much fun!!!

Super Hero and Soccer...

...these are the two things I believe Braxton has enjoyed most this fall, besides the beach! He even wore his Super Hero cape to Soccer one night! Why not, right? His best buddy Whit Jackson had a super hero birthday and Braxton is hooked!! LOVE it!!!

Aubrey marries Ryan, Oct 2

(Sorry, don't know how to delete pictures!)
On Saturday of our big family week, my sister Aubrey got married!! So much fun, she was gorgeous and the setting was beautiful, couldn't have been better! We miss her already...it was definately one of those times I'll cherish forever!!

Beach Trip

So all of my family headed to Orange Beach, last week of September for a week of family fun! It was the best you could ask for...beautiful weather, great company, sweet kids, awesome grandparents, calm, shallow waters, nothing but time to enjoy, rejoice and relax! The pix say it all...didn't get any good pictures of the fam, just the kids!!

School turns sour...

So I got in my car to pick up the kiddos from the first day of pre-school and JB's teacher called me and said she was running a fever...What a great first day experience for Janie Belle...Needless to say, when I got to school she looked pitiful and was a little hot cake to the touch...Now Braxton has fever too...He did have a Great first day however, he was so happy when I picked him up...I said, "I'm so glad you were so big today and had such a fun time." He said, "I'm so glad too, that's because I have Jesus in my heart." I just grinned and laughed...I am so thankful for his new teacher Shea Ford, she must have made a sweet impression on him...Pray for my kiddos that fevers will go away soon!!

Back to School...

Everybody's excited!

She litterly ran into the building and then just stopped and wouldn't move...

"Oh, look, I already have friends..."
We are back in pre-school at FUMC Opelika...Mommy is so excited!! Braxton was oh, so big this year! Been there, done that kind of attitude but very, very excited because he's "bigger" this year and he's in the "big kid" room! So that means that Sissy is in the baby room, aka the two-year-olds! She talked it up big and was excited about her name on her back-pack but when it came time to walk in the room she stopped and wouldn't move...lot's of anxiety set in...I held her and took her in and played puzzles and showed her to her friends...She was ok, was crying when I left but I know she's having fun...I hope! Can't believe my baby is in pre-school...The past two years of her life just flash before my eyes...It really goes by in a blink...
